DescriptionWith the 1998 release of the smash hit “Believe,” from her twenty-second studio album of the same name, Cher vaulted back to the top of the charts on the wings of a new club-inspired dance sound. This album represented a complete musical departure from Cher's previous works receiving several accolades. Cher wore this outfit in the "Believe" music video and at the 1999 American Music Awards ceremony.
