DescriptionEric Clapton knows a thing or two about quality guitars. That's why he played this lovely ES-175 in the '70s.

One of Gibson's most popular guitar designs, the ES-175 was designed as a hollowbody electric archtop that featured a single floretine cutawat. The neck was made of maple laminate with a mahogany neck, and rosewood fretboard. Gibson released three colors - natural, sunburst, and wine red. Clapton chose the natural finish, a color that exemplifies why he's one of the greatest guitarists of all time.
