DescriptionGonzo journalist Dr. Hunter S. Thompson was one of the great American writers- right up there with Twain, Hemingway, or Faulkner- but he was way cooler than any of them. This was his typewriter that he later shot. The abuse he heaped upon it would make Pete Townshend blush.
