DescriptionKool Moe Dee is considered one of the pioneers of the new jack swing sound and gained mainstream fame as a member of one of the revolutionary groups in hip-hop, the Treacherous Three. His fast and determined rap style influenced legendary rappers such as Tupac Shakur, Jay-Z, Nas and N.W.A. His second album, How Ya Like Me Now, which was released in 1987, was his most successful album, achieving platinum status.
