DescriptionKnown as the “American Troubadour”, Don McLean is an American singer-songwriter whose career has spanned six decades and accumulated several gold and platinum records for hits such as “American Pie” and “Vincent”.

This 1955 Gretsch “Soprano” ukulele was gifted to McLean by his parents for Christmas after watching radio and television broadcaster, Arthur Godfrey, play the instrument on television.
