DescriptionGeorgia native Zac Brown formed the Zac Brown Band in 2002, and his record label a year later called Home Grown. In 2004, Brown sold his restaurant in Lake Oconee, Georgia to buy a tour bus. This is when the band began touring full-time and started their grassroots climb to success. In 2008, the band released the album The Foundation, which made it to number 2 on the Billboard Hot Country chart and was also certified Platinum twice in the United States. Since then, the band has become a frequent nominee in top country music awards events, taking nine awards at the 46th annual Academy of Country Music Awards. The album You Get What You Give was released in 2010 and reached the number-one spot on the Billboard Hot 200 chart. This 2006 Gibson ES-335 was owned and autographed by Zac Brown. The inscription reads “1st power steering guitar,” regarding the Gibson ES-335 being the first semi-hollow body guitar available commercially.
