DescriptionJoe Walsh began playing instruments at a young age. He enjoyed a successful solo career before joining the Eagles in 1975, with Hotel California being his first album with the band.

This Gibson double-neck guitar was used by Joe Walsh during the 1976 Hotel California Tour. This guitar is a heavily modified Gibson EDS-1275 Custom. The top neck has been changed from a twelve-string to a six-string, while the bottom neck was adjusted to be used as a slide guitar. Additionally, the lower horn on the body of the guitar has been modified to allow access to the highest frets.
