DescriptionKesha’s mother was a songwriter and encouraged her to pursue a career in music. Her big break came from an unpaid cameo on Flo Rida's 2009 hit "Right Round." Soon after, she landed a record deal with RCA and released her first single, "Tik Tok."

Kesha wore this "Legalize Gay" distressed t-shirt at her appearance on "New Year's Eve with Ryan Seacrest" while ringing in the New Year with Seacrest in 2012.
