DescriptionIt’s All Black Music hosted a 5X5 Block Party Series from August 8th to the 13th in 2023 to honor the 50th anniversary of hip-hop and its legacy in the music world. The block party took place across the 5 boroughs in New York – Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, The Bronx, and Harlem. Hip-hop legends such as, Pop Smoke, Salt-N- Pepa, Wu-Tang Clan, DJ Kool Herc, and Cam’ron were honored on each day with tributes from DJ’s and other performers.

These announcement postcards detail the Harlem and Bronx dates. The Harlem date (08/13/2023) honored Cam’ron and is signed by Dres of the hip-hop group Black Sheep. The Bronx date (08/12/2023) honored DJ Kool Herc.
